3 Ways to See Who Unfollowed You on Instagram Without Login
We’re all interested in knowing who follows us back on Instagram. Some may simply be curious, while others may prefer to follow only those who follow them back. Whatever the case, many apps let you see who doesn’t follow you or has unfollowed you recently, but almost all of them ask for your Instagram login details—something many are uncomfortable to share.
I went on a spree searching for free options that wouldn’t require my Instagram password on a third-party service, and luckily, I found some good ones. So, here’s how to see who unfollowed you on Instagram without logging in.

Method 1: Find Unfollowers Using Chrome Extension
Many people get their Instagram accounts hacked after typing their usernames and passwords into shady unfollower apps. This Chrome extension offers a solution. It is completely free, privacy-friendly (as it doesn’t ask for your Instagram login credentials), and involves a simple two-step process.
However, it can currently only process accounts with fewer than 10,000 followers. Here’s how to use it:
1.Open Google Chrome and visit theUnfollowed.lol Chrome Web Storepage.
2.Click onAdd to Chrometo install the extension in your browser.
3.Now, visitinstagram.comand log in to your Instagram account.
4.Open theUnfollowed extension(from the toolbar on the top right) and clickStart Analysis.
5.Once it is done, clickView full analysis.
On the next screen, you’ll see your recent followers, recent unfollows, and all of your unfollowers (people who do not follow you back). You can directly unfollow those who don’t follow you back from here. You can also see people that you don’t follow back in the ‘User doesn’t follow back’ section.
Method 2: See Who Doesn’t Follow Back Using Instagram Data
Instagram lets you download all your data in an archive file. Since you can select what data to include, you can separately download your “Followers and Following” data and scrape out people not following you back using a third-party website.
Note:You’re only giving them your followers and following information, which is publicly available otherwise, and this is much safer than giving your login details. If you want to manually read the data without using any third-party website, you can check thisReddit post.

Method 3 – Manually Check Who Doesn’t Follow You on Instagram
Instagram does let you manually check who follows or doesn’t follow you, but that’s completely manual, and you’ll have to check each user individually. So, if you just want to know whether a specific person follows you or not, you may use this method:
Know Your Followers!
Most people currently use apps like FollowMeter to check who unfollowed them on Instagram. But as mentioned, these apps require you to log in to your account, which is not something I’d advise. Thankfully, none of the methods above require giving your account access to a third party, and hence your privacy is protected. Personally, I’d simply use the Unfollowers extension, but if that stops working for some reason, you can always resort to other methods. Happy ‘gramming!
