The Studio Allegedly Changed the Original Ending to Avoid Repetition
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumaniadid not turn out as good as it was expected to be. Critics have deemed it one of the worst MCU films, with a 48% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. However, with the original ending of the film revealed online, fans started discussing how the original ending could have been better for the threequel.
Some believe it could have been better for the film to end with Ant-Man and the Wasp stuck in the quantum realm. However, many also believe it may have led to a repetition of Scott Lang’s story. During the post-credit scene of the 2018Ant-Mansequel, Scott Lang gets stuck in the subatomic dimension before returning inEndgame.

It is claimed that the leaving Ant-Man and the Wasp stuck in the quantum realm would have repeated the same events. The superheroes are also expected to join forces against Kang the Conqueror in the upcomingAvengersfilms. And with the potentialAnt-Man 4not having the possibility to release beforeThe Kang Dynasty, it would not have been possible.
