All Seta River Killers Targets in Assassin’s Creed Shadows: How To Unlock and Rewards
First, you must start the collaboration quest, which is called A Critical Encounter. Once that is over, you will start the Hunting the Hunters quest. Six of the targets will be part of this quest. The final two will become available after you finish this quest and start the Man Behind the Curtain quest.
