You earn Spark Points in the game by defeating enemies. When you defeat an enemy you will be granted Willpower. Then, after your Willpower bar fills up, you will get a Spark Point.

Finally, you can respec your Spark Points at any time during the game. This freedom will facilitate combat strategy and allow you to modify your build to take advantage of boss weaknesses or combat style.

Below are all the Smash Stance Talents in Black Myth Wukong:

Force Unbound

The Force Unbound Talent is a simple talent that allows you to Sprint while charging your heavy attacks while in Smash Stance. This is a great mobility tool and one worth taking since you are sure to be in Smash Stance at one point or another.

Resolute Counterflow

Stance Talents are all about improving the combos while in that specific stance. The Resolute Counterflow Talent grants the Resolute Strike attack that allows the Destined One to see through enemies, which lets you nullify damage and more easily stagger that enemy. Seeing through enemies is an effect that can be built off of for several different builds, and a Resolute Strike is fairly easy way to activate it.

Ironbound Resolve

The Ironbound Resolve Talent is a straightforward passive bonus granted for dealing damage with a charged Heavy Attack. It grants the Destined One Damage Reduction which could mean the difference between life in death in a close battle. Overall, this is a great Talent worth taking early on, especially if you are investing in the Smash Stance.

Winding Wind

Upon completing a Resolute Counterflow, you can see through enemies and they glow red. This talent allows you to use a light attack for a third attack. Winding Wind is essential to combo when countering enemies and should be taken to advance in the skill tree.

Skyfall Strike

Resolute Strike is a decent option on its own, but the Skyfall Strike Talent allows you to build off of that combo. After you successfully hit with the Resolute Strike just do a Heavy Attack, provided you have a Focus Point to spend, to do a Skyfall Strike. Skyfall Strike is a powerful attack launched from above that hits the enemy’s head.

Smashing Force

This is a very straightforward Talent that doesn’t require a lot of explanation. Simply taking the Smashing Force Talent increases the damage dealt by charged Heavy Attacks while in Smash stance. As such, this is Talent worth taking both ranks in as soon as you’re able to.

Invigoration

As with the previous, the Invigoration Talent is another straightforward and powerful talent worth taking as soon as you can if you have invested in the Smash Tree even a little bit. By performing a Resolute Strike you grant the Destined One massive Focus, which is extremely powerful. Focus is used all of the most powerful abilities in Black Myth: Wukong, so getting additional ways to generate it is very important.

Vantage Point

As a final link in the Talent tree, the Vantage Point talent builds off all of its previous entries making them all work together better and overall just become more powerful. Vantage Point makes Skyfall Strike deal more damage based off of how many Focus Points you have. As you are constantly building up focus, this can make your Skyfall Strike do a lot of damage.

Peace from Peril

The Peace from Peril talent is essential to maintaining your focus points while doing. This incentives you to charge prior to engaging in combat even if you dodge. However, it must be a perfect dodge to retain your focus points, so make sure to practice the timing to avoid losing any focus.
