In the 90s,Brad Pittfound himself in the middle of a legal battle with the popularPlaygirlmagazine. The actor sued the publication after they printed leaked n*de photos of him without his consent. Although Pitt emerged victorious, he was unable to prevent fans from accessing the scandalous images. The racy photos in question had been taken two years earlier, while theBabylonactor was vacationing with his then-girlfriend Gwyneth Paltrow on the island of St. Barthelemy.

Brad Pitt Has A History of Legal Disputes With The Paparazzi
Apart from the very public showdown withPlaygirlmagazine, Brad Pitt has frequently clashed with photographers regarding the content published. In 2005, Pitt’s attorney, John Lavely, stated to prevent people from taking photos of the actor at his private home. According to sources, the paparazzi went a bit too far and invaded the actor’s privacy by clicking photos of him without his consent while he was standing on his balcony.
Fortunately, in Pitt’s favor, none of the images featured n*dity but the actor was justified in having legitimate reasons for wanting them off his property. Later that same year, Pitt clashed with a photographer on the set of the movie,The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford. In this incident, the photographer in question allegedly sneaked into the set to hide in a building waiting for Pitt to appear to take pictures of the celebrity.
