Neil Patrick Harris will be making his epic comeback as Barney Stinson after nine long years.
The actor, producer, and television host is set to return as the belovedHow I Met Your Mothercharacter on the show’s spin-off titledHow I Met Your Fatheras the latter’s midseason finale remains just a few days away.
Harris last played the witty womanizer on the screen back in 2014 in the ninth and last season of the famous sitcom. So, fans are naturally seized by pure excitement at the prospect of his astonishing yet highly-welcomed return as they celebrate the legend that Barney Stinson’s character is.

How I Met Your Fatheris a Hulu original that picks up after the events that transpired nine years ago inHow I Met Your Mother. The spin-off narrates the story of how Sophie, who is portrayed by Hilary Duff in the series, came across the father of her son.
