How to Start Spirits of the Dalish
You start the Spirits of the Dalish quest by talking to a distressed spirit near the shipwreck at the Ruins Beach on the eastern end of the map. You can only pursue this quest if you’ve completed the Sea of Blood main story quest, as well as Harding’s Unfamiliar Sense companion quest.
