Forbesrecently released a new list of highest paidYouTube, the top 10 highest-paid YouTube stars earned $127 million. Figures are based on data from YouTube, Social Blade and Captiv8, as well as interviews with agents, managers, publicists, producers and lawyers.

#10 Lilly Singh
Earning – $10.5 million
Genre – Comedy
Lilly Singh or better known as “Superwoman”, was the highest-paid female YouTuber of 2016. This year it’s estimated she made $10.5 million, while last year she made $7.5 million.

#8(tie) Ryan ToysReview
Earning – $11 million
Genre – Toys Unboxing
According to Forbes, the 6-year-old Ryan of YouTube’sRyan ToysReviewmade $11 million in revenue this year from his YouTube account. The journey started 2 years back, when when Ryan, then simply a 4-year-old fan of toy-review videos, asked his parents why he couldn’t also review toys on YouTube.

#8(tie) Smosh
Smosh is among the oldest channel on YouTube. Started by comedy duo Ian Hecox and Anthony Padilla back in 2005, same year when YouTube was launched. However, Anthony Padilla left the Smosh channel in June 2017 to create his own solo YouTube account.

Earning – $11.5 million
Jake Paul is a 20-year-old Vine star who later become a YouTube star, after vine shut down. Earning- $12 million
Genre – Gaming, Comedy
PweDiePie is a popular YouTube star who like Smosh started his career in the early day of YouTube with “Let’s Play” videos. But lately Felix has face several controversy over hisanti-Semitic jokes,and using then-wordin a gaming live stream.

Unlike other gaming channel on YouTube Mark Fischbach popularly known asMarkiplier, started his journey in mid 2012. With his interview withForbes, Mark said – “I’d had a bad breakup, I was fired, I had a tumor in my adrenal gland,” he said. “It was a series of unfortunate events. As I was recovering, I was so desperate to have something that was under my control.” This year, Mark made $12.5 million from YouTube.
