Jennifer Lawrence once stated that she was “so comfortable” during filming her fully naked scene forRed Sparrow. The actress, who portrays a Russian spy in the movie, opened up about the one scene where her character appears completely n*ked on the big screen.
During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, she revealed that she no longer felt self-conscious about specific body parts. She said:
“Everybody made me feel so comfortable that I probably at a certain point started making everybody else uncomfortable. Because I’d be like, I don’t want the robe. I’m hot. I’m eating.”
She continued: “I don’t have the same fear and insecurity in that one specific area that I used to. So you know I’m always gonna take on roles for the same reason.”
“The character speaks to me and the director and the story. But I’m no longer gonna let that be a factor in my decision-making.”
She continued by admitting that she became “really, really drunk” while filming a sex scene forPassengerswith Chris Pratt and felt the most vulnerable she had ever been when filming naked.
