In an interview with Collider, Plaza shared her experience of playfully interacting with her co-star Jason Statham. She admitted to incorporating spontaneous actions like slapping Statham’s rear with gusto, which Ritchie found amusing and wanted to capture on camera.

In the interview, Plaza recalled her interactions with Statham, stating,
“I was always going at [Statham]. I would do things like say a line and then slap his a** really hard, and Guy would come up to me in between takes and go, ‘You know, I liked the bit where you slapped his a**, and maybe you could do that again,’”
Plaza wholeheartedly embraced the playful energy and was eager to bring it to the big screen. She expressed her willingness, saying, “I’d be like, ‘Yes sir.’ So it was fun and felt like we were just trying to take the piss out of each other, as all the British people say.
