Michael Imperioli Shared His Fans’ Unusual Demands

Michael Imperioli starred in the television crime dramaThe Sopranosas Christopher Moltisanti. The character was not only credited as one of the best in the series but also one of the best performances of the actor’s career. Fans of the show still recognized him as the mobster he played in the movies.

However, he has revealed that some of these fans have some unusual requests from him when they meet him. The actor joined Jeff Bridges, Kieran Culkin, Damson Idris, Michael Imperioli, Pedro Pascal, and Evan Peters on The Hollywood ReporterDrama Actors Roundtable.

As his fellow actors shared the inconvenient fan interactions, Imperioli also shared the experience he has had with some of his fans.“Some people want to take a picture with me pretending I have a gun to their head,” he shared.The White Lotusstar, however, is not very comfortable doing this.

The 57-year-old actor shared that he denies such requests, telling them, “No man, I am not gonna do that.”His fellow actors called the fans’ move “weird” and “horrible,” while the actor said that he avoids such situations as it gives him bad vibes.

The Sopranoshas been one of the biggest shows ofMichael Imperioli‘s career, in which he portrayed the character of the mobster and the nightclub owner, Christopher Moltisanti. During a recent interview withThe Guardian, the actor was asked about the most brutal scene he had to film in his career.

He shared that the most brutal scenes he had to film were the ones where he had to abuse his on-screen fiancé, Adriana La Cerva, portrayed byDrea de Matteo. “The most brutal, difficult stuff for me is when Christopher had to be physically abusive with Adriana, for obvious reasons,”he said.

The actor shared that he had to go to“some nasty places”to portray that kind of violence against a woman on the screen. He also shared that he made sure to be very careful and tried his best not to hurt anyone while filming the scene.
