“He’s like one of my coolest male friends in life. He hates that.”

Taraji P. Henson’s Disturbing Technique To Stop Her Co-star From Getting Aroused
To quell the awkwardness and keep things cool between them, Taraji P. Henson has her own weird and disturbing trick to keep her best friend of years ‘not aroused’. In an interview, the Emmy-nominee actress informed,
Because you have to keep them, the boys, you have to keep them professional. They can’t help if they get aroused. Every time we laid there, he kept talking to his male member, ‘Don’t do that! No, don’t! Taraji’s gonna punch me!’ So then I said, ‘You know, I will sock you in the throat.'”
She then stated her weird little trick,
“He goes, ‘OK, I’m gonna have to keep my pants on.’ And I said, ‘OK, do what you need to do…Let me help you.’ Every time he would get on top of me, I would be [in a little girl’s voice], ‘Daddy, why are you on top of me? Where’s mommy? Why is the door closed?’ He would be like, ‘Oh no!’ But it worked. I would be like, ‘Why are you touching me, Daddy?’ And he was like, ‘Aw, no, that is twisted.’ But guess what? We got through the scene real quick.”
As disturbing as it sounds to us, the disturbing trick sure does work to keep things professional between them and stay friends in spite of the numerous intimate scenes between them.
