The Oscar winner and her husband were arrested in Atlanta after Toth was pulled over for allegedly driving while he was inebriated. Witherspoon was also handcuffed for reportedly disobeying orders to remain seated in the car. Toth pleaded guilty to DUI but ultimately escaped jail time while theWildactor was asked to pay a fine for obstruction.
