There are ennumerable possibilities of what a Spider-Man variant can be like and Tom Holland’s Peter Parker has seen it too. FromSpider-Man: Into the SpiderversetoSpider-Man: No Way Home, there are many motion pictures that have brought about different versions of the character that all happen to have some of the most unique personalities and a set of individuality.

Tom Holland as Spider-Man

In this wild goose chase of different alternatives of the same hero, the possibility of any scenario becomes more than probable. In such a case, there is also an extremely high chance for many variants to meet each other or meet unlikely versions of themselves as well. So to think that an evil variant of Tom Holland’s Spider-Man already exists in the Marvel Comics would not be a far-fetched thing to presume.

An Unlikely Experience

To begin this story, one would have to go back a little bit. Marvel often incorporates even the most forgettable versions of characters in their comics, so if there is a character that already receives as much recognition as Tom Holland’s Spider-Man, what better way than to make him evil? Perhaps even make him meet the Peter Parkers of Earth-616 andMarvel’s Spider-Man.Due to the inclusivity provided bySpider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse,fans are already aware of the fact that Insomniac’s Peter Parker can dimension hop without much difficulty. However, many might not be aware that he ended up collaborating with Earth-616’s Webslinger.

In an attempt to find Spot, the two of them join forces, going from one dimension to another. This Spot was constantly on the hunt for his own variants, killing them ultimately. To stop him, it became necessary that the two of them had to give in their everything. In all of this, Insomniac’s hero finds himself hyperventilating over the fact that he has never seen a post-apocalyptic New York before. His worry for Mary Jane and Miles only increases so Earth-616’s version tries calming him down. Once they dealt with that, they jump to another universe, where they meetTom Holland’sSpider-Man, almost.

Tom Holland Doesn’t Need Venom to Be Evil

Insomniac’s Peter Parker and Earth-616’s Spider-Man met an unlikely foe. Not just an evil version of Spider-Man but an evil version of Tom Holland’s Spider-Man. His brain had been twisted with the help of a neural link implanted by Doctor Octavius. The story only seemed to get interesting from that point onwards. Seeing that it was not Peter alone whose path in life had changed but also Aunt May.

It was not as if this variant was doing everything against his will. The Spot that the two heroes had been chasing had already made a visit to their universe, giving them insight they had never expected to get. He had shown them that the possibility of curing Devil’s Breath was only part of what the vision of the world could offer. By controlling Martin Li’s power, a cure for every disease could be created. This was an opportunity he refused to miss, walking into the dark side without ever looking back.
