The 34-year-old Irish professional mixed martial artist recently made headlines after being accused of s*xual assault by a woman during the NBA Finals in Miami. But these allegations have been vehemently refuted by McGregor.

According to letters from the woman’s attorney, McGregor allegedly assaulted the woman in a bathroom at the Kaseya Center on Friday during Miami Heat’s loss to Denver in game four.

The NBA and the Miami Heat are looking into a claim that former UFC champion,Conor McGregorassaulted a woman in a restroom inside an arena following Game 4 of the NBA Finals.

Ariel Mitchell, the woman’s attorney, claimed that her client had given Miami police the clothes she was wearing that evening and following which the report had been made. Miami police were silent when asked about an investigation on Thursday night.

On the other hand, McGregor has always insisted on being innocent, claimed his attorney, Barbara Llanes:

“Mr. McGregor will not be intimidated.”

In letters to the NBA, the Heat, and McGregor’s representatives, Mitchell outlined her client’s claims and stated that, if no“reasonable settlement offers”were made by June 12, the client would discuss going to court.

The Heat issued a statement that said:

“We are aware of the allegations and are conducting a full investigation. Pending the outcome of the investigation, we will withhold further comment.”

Conor McGregor is one of the most well-known international athletes in the history of the wildly popular Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) mixed martial arts circuit.

Despite the aforementioned controversies, he still motivates people all over the world, including some of the biggest stars in Hollywood, includingTom Hardy.The actor played Venom in the movie of the same name. According to Hardy, his portrayal of the well-known comic book character was inspired by Conor McGregor.

McGregor’s attitude and energy, according to Hardy,“inspire Venom”and he was a“key note” in getting the character just right.
