“I was absolutely terrified on day one and I remember him looking at me. I remember feeling so small, smaller than I had ever felt before in my life,”she continued. “I was standing there in my costume for Sense and Sensibility and my knickers had gone up my bum.”
During her time filmingSense and Sensibility,the actress had a small mishap with her costume where her underwear got stuck and she was struggling to get it out. Wearing a corset is anyways not easy, fixing undergarments while wearing a corset is even more difficult. She had been trying her best to fix it and was waving her hands around so that it would be okay somehow.

Alan Rickman Made A Humorous Comment About Kate Winslet’s Mishap
When Alan Rickman walked up to Kate Winslet while she was trying to fix her underwear, he just commented in the most casual way possible, proving just how wonderful of a man he really was. When the actress first met him, she was highly intimidated without any clue as to how she would do anything. However, the more she got to know him, the better it got for her.
“Al just said, ‘ah, feminine mystique strikes again.'”
They became incredible friends and she adored him dearly. Her respect for Rickman was truly remarkable and the way they mixed together was lovely. While she was accepting a reward, she remembered him and the time they had spent together and how special he was.
