Developed under the guidance of Zack Snyder, the Snyderverse, or the DC Extended Universe (DCEU), the DC fans loved the vision of Snyder and gradually it gained immense popularity.The Man of Steeldirector showcases a distinct visual style and an unconventional storytelling style. David Ayer Hinted a Snyderverse Easter Egg InSuicide Squad
David Ayer’s2016Suicide Squadwas a significant hit at the box office, earning $ 745.7 million at the worldwide box office with additional sales of $ 87.5 million in DVD sales. However, the film received mixed responses from both, critics and audiences because of the interesting concept of featuring only villains and anti-heroes as the center of the story.
Recently, a fan uploaded a picture of Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne in the 2016 Snyderverse film, with the caption“I absolutely loved Ben’s bruce wayne outfit from suicide squad 2016.”Where another fan commented on the same post that it was possibly a reshoot because it was not in the final cut of the 2016 film.
Much to the surprise of the fan, David Ayer, the director of the film retweeted with an explanation, where he stated that the“shut it down or my friends”dialogue was a hint to Snyderverse future project, that is,Justice League.

The film was edgy and diverse from a typical superhero film that viewers regularly watch.SuicideSquad featured unorthodox storytelling with aesthetic storytelling, edgy jokes, and well-choreographed action scenes, making it an interesting film to watch.

Fans React To The Easter Egg
When the film was released in theatres in August 2016, the film was a hit and the DC fans enjoyed watching it. However, the critics were not kind to the film, as they nitpicked various shortcomings in the film such as the focus of the film and how the soundtrack felt off.
Regardless, fans loved Ayer’s work and it was evident from the positive comments he received on social media.

While James Gunn’s DCU is intended to go in a completely different direction than the Snyderverse. However, the critics were not kind to the film calling it flawed, but despite all the flaws, it was a solid unconventional film that remains solid and an entertaining film to watch.
