According to a new leak, OnePlus is working on another budget smartphone under its Nord series, and this time it could be priced as low as Rs 18,000.
A Twitter user with handle as “Boby25846908” has tweeted that OnePlus is speculated to release a budget smartphone with Snapdragon 662/665 in the price bracket of Rs 16,000-18,000.

OnePlus is expected to release a couple of smartphones in its Nord series this year. Another leak by a prominent leakster, “The Tech Guy,” has suggested that OnePlus is working on a budget smartphone with Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 SoC. He shared a screenshot of OnePlus proprietary source code to back up his claims.

Additionally, OnePlus recently got an 18W charger approved bythe TUV Rheinland certification platform,which we might see shipping with budget OnePlus smartphones in the future.
While OnePlus performs terrific in terms of sales as it stocks out within seconds of its sale, the smartphone is also receiving harsh criticism from usersfor the green tint effecton its display. The company has also meddled with its no bloatware policy by adding “uninstallable” apps likeFacebook and Netflix to OxygenOSin OnePlus Nord.
