Since Persona 5: The Phantom X is a free-to-play game, its characters are its main source of income. Naturally, these characters are the main selling points of the game, as you’re able to add various members of the Phantom Thieves and Phantom Idols to your team.
Although you can get some characters for free through completing various missions and main story quests, the majority are acquired through character banners. While the Phantom Idol Draft (Kaidol Draft) does not run out, the Limited Time Character Contracts do expire. The character currently available is Ren Amamiya, Joker.

The above tweet was made by the official Persona 5: The Phantom X account. This image indicates the upcoming characters to the spin-off game. We would have had some difficulty in decoding these silhouettes normally, however, the Chinese version of Phantom X is significantly ahead of the global release. Therefore, we can take some info from that version.
From the silhouettes, the upcoming characters seem to be Bui and Marian. Both characters are Phantom Idols. Both of them will likely be five-star characters, if they do not change anything from the Chinese version.
Their official kit details are currently unknown, and will likely be revealed as we get closer to their release.
