According toThe Hollywood Reporter, the actor negotiated a $1.2 million per episode deal with the showrunners for the final season of the show. This means that Dinklage’s salary for that season alone was $7.2 million. It was revealed that the top-billed cast while filming season 7 was reportedly earning about $500,000 to $600,000 per episode so that means Dinklage would earn somewhere between $3.5 million to $4.2 million for that season’s work.
