1. Caught For Stealing

In 2017, he was again arrested on suspicion of assault, although all charges were dropped due to insufficient evidence. The same year he was later arrested for hurling racist slurs against a police officer.
4. Lawsuit For S*xual Battery And Assault
Shia LaBeouf’s ex-girlfriend and singerFKA Twigsfiled a lawsuit against him for the alleged emotional, s*xual, and physical abuse he subjected her to during their relationship, from 2018-2019. She claimed the actor was often violent towards her including choking her, was emotionally abusive, and would not allow her to wear any clothing to bed, among other things. The lawsuit is ongoing.
