In the year 2002, the world was introduced to the amazing land of Wizards and Witches with the release of the firstHarry Potterfilm of the franchise. And leading the charge was the holy trinity of Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint, who portray the three main characters of the series in the movies.

Although it has been a while since we last saw them as beloved characters from the magical world created by J.K Rowling, we still remember them fondly for their iconic roles. But recently, it seems as if Watson has stirred up the imagination of every fan of the franchise again after she posted a picture that is hard to wrap our heads around, which has led to a field day for internet trolls as well.
Internet Trolls Emma Watson For Her Levitating Dress
Most popular for portraying the role of the young muggle wizard in the blockbusterHarry Potterfranchise,Emma Watsonis no starnger to constant, and many times, unwanted attention from the press and the public. But with the recent picture that she posted on Instagram, people are rightfully curious about just how did she come into possession of this magical dress that isn’t touching her body, but instead, floating around her.
In this recent picture, it seems like the flowy blue dress that she’s wearing isn’t touching her neckline at all, and instead, floating just a couple of inches away from it. This has many people stunned in amazement but has also incurred the attention of many internet trolls in the process. The most common comment among these is the spell Wingardium Leviosa which is used to make objects and people float in the series. The most apt comment was:

“That dress said wingardium leviosa,”
Although this may seem like real-life wizardry, this is actually an optical illusion dress made by a Spanish fashion label named Loewe, which has delved its hands into developing this kind of fashion in the past. This mini-dress thatThe Beauty and The Beaststar is wearing is from their Spring-Summer 2023 collection.

Will We See The Return OfHarry Potter?
All these trolls and optical illusions have made many loyalHarry Potterfans reminisce about the good old days, which has also raised questions about whether we will see the return of the franchise anytime soon. Although there have been no official announcements about anything related to the Wizarding World from Warner Bros. there are rumors of a potential reboot of the franchise seeing the reprehensible performance of theFantastic Beastsfranchise.
