Many fans are still amazed to learn that Scarlett Johansson was once married to Ryan Reynolds. The reason this relationship didn’t garner as much attention as Reynolds’ marriage to Blake Lively was that both the Marvel actors were very private about their relationship. This privacy even extended to their wedding ceremony, which was held in a remote part of Vancouver, Canada.

Johansson later commented on her secret wedding, likening it to a drug deal in a dark alley that was not any fun at all. Johansson and Reynolds parted ways in 2010, less than two years after their wedding.
