AlthoughAnt-Man and The Wasp: Quantumaniahas not received great reviews from critics, fans seem to like the film. And one of the things that managed to grab everyone’s attention in the threequel is Corey Stoll’s M.O.D.O.K., Kang’s one of the most lethal subordinates, and Ant-Man’s old nemesis. Stoll shared he did not have much knowledge about the character when Peyton Reed approached him. But he knew who M.O.D.O.K. was due to his“one of a kind”appearance.

Fans are loving theHouse of Cardsstar in the threequel. Followed by his MCU appearance, he is all set to star in Zack Snyder’s upcoming film,Rebel Moon. During his recent interview with Variety, Stoll opened up about working with the American director and how he inspired him to do his best as an actor.

Corey Stoll to Star in Zack Snyder’sRebel Moon
Corey Stollis set to feature in Zack Snyder’s upcoming sci-fi,Rebel Moon, which will premiere on Netflix in late 2023. The film follows a peaceful colony on the edge of the galaxy that seeks help from nearby planets to challenge a tyrannical regent, Balisarius.
He shared that the set of the Zack Snyder film“was by far the biggest scale practical set [he’s] ever been on.”He also said that the filmmaker built an entire village for the set and described it as impressive and beautiful.

The Seagullactor also shared that filming forRebel Moonwas“the opposite of the way [he] shot M.O.D.O.K.”Stoll also praised the director for being there for the cast and crew. Corey Stoll explained,
“You got the sense that a lot of the crew had been with him for a lot of projects, and they would go to the ends of the Earth for him.”

Although he mentioned he does not know how much he can share about the film, it was hard for Stoll not to admire the filmmaker’s efforts during filming.

M.O.D.O.K. Actor Shares His Experience Working With Zack Snyder
During his interview, Corey Stoll was also asked about his experienced working with theMan of Steeldirector. TheAnt-Manactor shared that Snyder was there for everyone, and his efforts towards the film inspired others to do their best as well.
“He asked a lot of everybody. It was a really tough shoot. But he was right there with everybody, and I think inspired people to push themselves harder. And I got to sort of go in and out, and in a pretty short period.”

Stoll would not be the first actor who loved working with Zack Snyder. HisRebel Moonco-stars, Michiel Huisman, and Cleopatra Coleman, also loved working with theWatchmendirector.
Zack Snyder’sRebel Moonis set to release on Netflix, and a limited theatrical release is also being planned for the sci-fi movie. Although the film is yet to release, a sequel to the 2023 film is already under development.
Rebel Moonis set to premiere on 07 June 2025.
