Glen Powell and Sydney Sweeney’s alleged relationship took the Internet by storm when paparazzi pictures were seen of the two being extremely flirty during the filming and promotion of their film,Anyone But You. Everyone who knew about this was convinced that the two were involved with each other somewhere or the other, allegedly cheating on their partners, Sweeney with her fiance, Jonathan Davino, and Powell on his then-girlfriend, Gigi Paris.
The fact that the latter pair split did not help their case, with many jumping to the conclusion that the reason for this display was these allegations. While Sweeney spoke on this matter in August, stating that she as well as Powell did not care as long as this simply meant that they were doing their job right, the actor has finally spoken up about his perspective of things and how he feels about them.

Glen Powell Did Not Like The Speculations
When it comes to the Internet trying to get to the bottom of the reality of a situation, things get extremely brutal and situations get out of hand. A majority of the time, the people who are involved end up receiving the short end of the stick, with their private lives being out for public opinion, and the embarrassment of media speculation is something no one has managed to outrun.Glen Powell,during a recent interview withMen’s Health, confessed to feeling exactly like this when the public was trying to figure out the nature of his relationship with Sydney Sweeney.
“When all that stuff happened, you know, publicly, it felt disorienting and unfair,”Glen Powell stated.“But what I’m realizing is that’s just a part of this gig now.”
The actor revealed that when this all was taking place, he was extremely confused and disoriented and felt like the entire situation was very unfair and out of his hands. The publicity that this topic was receiving did not sit right with him and caused him quite a lot of stress. It was only when he accepted that this was part of the job of being an actor, did he finally feel better.

Glen Powell Talks About What it’s Like Dating as an Actor
Glen Powell went on to talk about how this revelation has helped him understand his priorities when looking for a partner. He confessed that it is extremely hard dating as an actor when one’s life is so out in the open with people constantly spectating and wanting to know the ins and outs of what goes on.
“And on a romantic level, you gotta find a teammate who is down for that adventure, down for that uncertainty, down for that thing. It’s a lot to deal with.”He went on,“Honestly, I really try to be a great partner. When I love, I love hard. I also understand that the speed and uncertainty of my life is a very hard thing to put up with.”
He mentioned that this situation, specifically, helped him understand that he needs someone who understands the uncertainty as well as the chaos that comes with his job and looks for someone who would go through this rollercoaster with him. He then went out to talk about how though these aspects make it extremely stressful to be in a relationship, he is an extremely passionate and affectionate partner, who understands that this would not be easy for anyone.
